CDL School Guide operates the directory and provides separately agreed provider services. References to “we” or “us” mean CDL School Guide.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, provider listing updates, inquiry details, routing preferences, verification events, and technical usage information. Home Care Agency Guide asks only for basic service-matching details and does not request medical records or clinical diagnoses.
How we use information
We use information to operate the directory, verify listings, process provider updates, respond to inquiries, prevent misuse, and provide applicant follow-up, appointment routing, attendance tracking, and billing for participating providers.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help host, secure, manage, or operate the site and related workflows.
Mobile information and messaging consent
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information only to service providers that help us deliver and support the messages you requested, and only for that purpose. Message frequency depends on the program you select; marketing messages are limited to 4 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Automated calls
When you expressly request a call about CDL training, we and the selected school may use automated technology or an artificial voice to respond. An immediate requested call may occur outside our normal follow-up hours. You can ask us to stop calling at any time; we record that preference and suppress further automated calls.
Payment information
Provider payment methods, when applicable under a separate service agreement, are collected and processed by Stripe for CDL School Guide. We retain Stripe customer and transaction references, but we do not store complete card numbers.
